At Bunty Pet Products, we want your furry friend to look their best in our pet fashion. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
